If you see a stock move up 99.40%, I know what you’re thinking:

Darn! Just missed that one. Wish I had gotten in there before it exploded like that!

But Jeff Williams would say that explosive move could be just the start…

That sounds backwards – aren’t you supposed to sell high and buy low?

Jeff saw two big biotech moves that caught his attention, and he thinks there’s still room for them to grow.

As the saying goes in trading: momentum is your friend.

With the two stocks I am about to talk about, I’m taking that principle to heart.

TRVI and BBI are on my radar for a potential pullback entry opportunity.

I am targeting a pullback opportunity in BOTH names because both stocks have been on heaters lately.

On the month, TRVI is up 99.40%, and BBIis up 51.37%.

But I don’t think they’re done yet, so let me show you precisely what I am looking for in each setup.

The catalyst events that sparked this push might have well supported the bull run so far.

However, both catalysts are now in the past, yet the stock remains in an uptrend.

The stock hasn’t looked back after breaking the downtrend on the daily chart at the beginning of March.

I’m looking for TRVI to pull back into the uptrend’s support, around $3 – $2.80s, and put in a HIGHER LOW.

If TRVI can pull back and confirm a higher low, I might look to enter and target a move back towards the highs of the uptrend.

BBI recently broke out of the consolidation on the daily chart.

In doing so, the stock broke above resistance at $0.28, and 5d 20d, and 50d moving averages.

The 200d MA is currently at $0.44, which might be a potential resistance area going forward.

I like the momentum that this stock has experienced since breaking out of the consolidation and the increased and sustained volume.

Now, I am looking for a pullback entry opportunity in BBI because the breakout has been confirmed.

I will be targeting a pullback and higher low towards the mid to high $0.20s for entry.

My target area will likely be the previous high of the breakout move or $0.40 – $0.45.

I’m a huge fan of buying into strength, and as long as these stocks keep showing strength, I’m going to keep them on my watchlist… even if they’ve already been big movers.

I’m watching biotech stocks like this all the time for explosive moves in Biotech Breakouts. Click HERE to watch over my shoulder while I analyze these picks – and others just like them – every trading day!
