If you’re having any issues receiving alerts from RagingBull, please try the following:
- Check your email alert settings HERE
- If your email alert settings are correct but you’re still not receiving the expected emails, troubleshoot by clicking the button pictured below
- If an issue is identified, click “Fix Issue”
App Notifications

Check the “subscriptions” section, found at the bottom of the window in your RagingBull App. (If you don’t see the options you expect, confirm that you are properly logged in to your RagingBull account.)

If your desired selections are switched on and you’re still not receiving alerts through the App, consider deleting and re-installing the RagingBull app (to ensure a fresh cache).
